Job Title: Business Development Manager & Virtual Assistant (WordPress Development Agency)

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager & Virtual Assistant to join our WordPress Development Agency. This role is a blend of business development and virtual assistance, requiring expertise in WordPress, WooCommerce, AI tools, SEO, and QA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the web development industry (minimum 3 years), SEO (2 years), and client acquisition.
You will work closely with the CEO and Business Manager to generate business opportunities, handle marketplace bidding, respond to inbound leads, manage proposals, and support day-to-day operations, including QA testing, SEO, and social media marketing (SMM).
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Engage with direct leads from the website chat, advertisements, and inquiries.
- Identify potential projects on online marketplaces
- Create compelling proposals and bids based on client requirements and submit them.
- Follow up on leads and proposals to convert them into paying clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with WordPress and web development trends to align sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the management team to define sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Virtual Assistance & Administrative Tasks
- Assist the CEO and Business Manager in administrative and project management tasks.
- Perform QA testing of WordPress and WooCommerce websites before delivery.
- Execute SEO tasks such as on-page optimization, keyword research, and technical SEO audits.
- Assist with social media management and content scheduling.
- Conduct industry research and competitor analysis to improve business strategies.
- Organize documents, reports, and client communications.
AI & Automation
- Utilize AI-powered tools for lead generation, proposal writing, automation, and content optimization.
- Improve workflow efficiency using AI-based business solutions.
Requirements & Qualifications
✅ Experience:
- 3+ years in the WordPress/Web Development industry.
- 2+ years in SEO and digital marketing.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
✅ Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in WordPress & WooCommerce.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and site audits.
- Familiarity with SMM strategies and content planning.
- Experience with QA testing for WordPress projects.
- Ability to use AI tools for business development and marketing tasks.
- Strong writing skills for proposal creation and client communications.
